Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrolytic process that produces a film of aluminum
oxide on the surface of aluminum. The aluminum oxide film that is
formed is extremely hard, highly resistant to wear and corrosion,
it is nonconductive, and cannot flake off like paint or other coatings.
Phosphate
Better
known as Parkerizing, Phosphate is a porous crystalline non-metallic
coating of zinc or manganese phosphate that is produced on the surface
of iron or steel. This coating is highly resistant to corrosion, very
durable and long wearing.

Xtremcoat™
Coatings
containing materials or chemicals developed for the Military, and Aerospace.
Materials and chemicals such as Alumina, Boron Nitride, Powder Composites,
Polytetrafluoroethylene, Molybdenum Disulfide and Silica, are some
of the most common for creating high tech coatings. They are better
known as Ceramic, Epoxy, Moly, and Teflon.
